the Triumph
Herald 13/60 was sold from 1967. The Herald 13/60 was a further
development of the Triumph Herald which saw the light of day in the year 1959.
The Herald 13/60 was given a stronger engine an better brakes then it's
predecessor the Herald 12/50. Also the interior was revised and the car
was given a new front design. Just like the older Herald models the
13/60 was available as a two door saloon, station wagon and convertible.
The Triumph Herald is built with a sturdy chassis featuring all
independent suspension all round. The car has a very narrow turning
circle of about 8 metres! Starting with the Herald 12/50 in 1963 the
Herald is fitted with disc brakes at the front wheels.
