Cadillac Model 61 Convertible
with Fisher bodywork (Fisher Series Style 39-6167), year 1939. Chassis
number: 8I05079948. Colour black with a brown leather interior, red
carpet and a crème convertible top. This beautiful Cadillac 61 convertible
with Fisher bodywork is in 100% original condition. Apart from a very
old paintjob, the chassis, the body and the interior of this automobile
were never restored! The car is in a UNIQUE condition! Mechanically and
technically this Cadillac has received a lot of attention at our
workshop. The engine, gearbox, brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust and
the electrical system were all brought to perfect condition (many
photo's of the work carried out are present).
The Cadillac 61 convertible with two door Fisher body is a scarce
automobile. Only 350 cars have been built. According to connoisseurs
only 8 of these automobiles still exist.
Because the cars are so scarce they are seldom offered for sale, we
looked hard but we could not find any of these cars being sold over the
last years. This unique Cadillac 61 convertible is currently registered
in The Netherlands.
This is a unique opportunity to obtain a very scarce, very classic,
excellent driving, and very reliable 1930'ies Cadillac
convertible. Drive the car as she is, original and with traces of
70 years gone by. Or have this fine automobile restored to concourse
condition. If you wish we can restore this automobile to the highest
