Technical data
The Triumph
TR 6 was the continuation of the TR2 to TR5 series. At the end of the
1960s, Triumph was incorporated in the British Leyland concern. As the
Austin Healey was no longer manufactured and as the sales of the TR5s
declined, the need of a new roadster was felt. Six cylinder
engine Colour British Racing Green with a black interior. Black soft top and hood cover. The car is fitted with S.U. carburettors, a Stainless Steel exhaust system, new soft top, walnut dashboard, MotoLita wooden steering wheel, a Stainless Steel luggage rack, two 'bullet style' mirrors and Stainless Steel rim embellishers (aftermarket, the originals were made in matte aluminium). |
