Volvo Amazon damage repair details

This Volvo Amazon GT was brought in with damage to the right rear end. The damage protruded deep into the boot floor and the rear side was deranged. First we aligned the rear of the car using our special alignment equipment you can see in the pictures. This way the body was brought back to factory tolerances. After that the heavily damaged sheet metal was cut out and meticulously replaced with new panels. Welding was of course done according to original factory specifications. After the rear side was given a new paint the damage was completely gone. The rear end of the car was additionally treated with rust protection from the inside. Click the photo's to enlarge.
