The Jaguar Mk
V 3.5 Litre DHC was presented in the year 1948 as successor of the
Jaguar Mk IV. The Mk V was in fact a face lifted Mk IV. The Mk V was
given a new front with integrated head lamps and some technical updates
were carried out. The car was fitted with a hydraulic brake system and a
torsion bar independent front suspension. Six cylinder
in-line engine Jaguar Mk V 3.5 Litre Saloon, year 1949. Chassis number 625039 - matching numbers. Colour black with a beige leather interior trimmed with black piping. This very beautiful Jaguar Mk V was extensively and professionally restored in the years 1995 / 1996. Immediately after the restoration the automobile was bought by a collector. The automobile is serviced and maintained perfectly, this Jaguar Mk V saloon is in superb (excellent+) condition!
