The Triumph TR 4 is the successor of the Triumph TR 3. This Michelotti styled Triumph came onto the market in 1961.
The Triumph TR 4 is a real British roadster; pure and honest.
 The TR 4 is built with a sturdy separate chassis with independent front suspension and a live rear axle. (IRS versions are equipped with independent rear suspension). The TR4 is equipped with disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. The bonnet shows a beautiful power bulge which gives space for the two carburettors. The Triumph TR 4 has a very beautiful wooden dashboard that is clear and functional and is equipped with large Smiths clocks. For the TR 4 a very nice "Surrey-top" is available as accessory. The Triumph "Surrey top inspired Porsche to built the Porsche "Targa" versions. The Triumph TR4 is as all the TR versions a real drivers car.

Information

Triumph TR 4, year 1964. Colour red with a black leather interior trimmed with white piping. Black carpet and soft top. This fantastic TR 4 was fully restored according to original specifications and immaculate concours condition! The car was restored over a period of five years, a photo reportage of the restoration is present as is a documentation file. After restoration this fine TR 4 has won multiple prizes on Triumph and TR meetings and concourses! The automobile sports chrome wire wheels and overdrive. This is without doubt one of the best TR 4's you will find!
